Schedule posts for the future

Want to create a content calendar? This allows you to write and schedule some posts in advance.
Then you choose the dates and time you want these messages to be posted. WordPress makes it easy to do this through the WordPress Editorial Calendar.

This feature allows you to write Sunday night articles/blogs but not have to post right away yet. After all, on Sunday night, your post won’t reach as many people. Therefore, it is helpful to schedule your message for Tuesday afternoon at 5 p.m. At this time, many people are online and thus your message will reach many more people.

How do I schedule posts?

  1. Log in to your website
  2. Go to Blog posts
You can find this on the left side of the page.
  3. Write a new blog or choose one already written that you want to schedule
  4. Click on “Edit,” next to “Publish immediately.
To the right of your blog post, you’ll see “Publish immediately” at the bottom of the “Publish” column. Click “Edit” next to it.
  5. Choose the date
An additional box will open where you can choose the month, day, year and time.
  6. Click OK and Schedule to save your changes and schedule the message
