Content Marketer at Are Agency

At Are Agency, we aren’t looking for a “social media poster.”

We are looking for a content marketer who:

• understands brands,
• can translate strategy into content that works,
• Gets energy from building, testing, and growing.

Someone who sees content as a growth engine rather than just “something that needs to go online.”

What will you be doing?

You will contribute to the content and visibility of:

• Are Agency itself
• Are Agency clients (B2B & B2C)

Your responsibilities:

• writing compelling social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• developing content strategies
• creating short-form video 
• briefing and coordinating designers, video professionals, and content creators
• create content calendars
• conduct content workshops
• Using AI tools to work faster and smarter
• contribute ideas for campaigns, hooks, and positioning
• spotting trends before they go mainstream
• analyze which content really works
• Challenge customers when content is “safe but boring”

Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

• writes fluently in Dutch (and preferably also in English)
• understands how content attracts attention / algorithm 
• has a knack for both branding and performance
• can work independently
• considers speed important
• gets energy from entrepreneurship and growth
• is interested in AI, automation, and new technology

Bonus points if you:

• have experience with video/content creation
• have experience working at an agency
• Design tools used
• have a knack for business, sales, and entrepreneurship

More important than degrees:

We aren’t looking for a perfect resume.
