We are a dynamic Online Marketing Agency with a team of 16 talented professionals. Our agency is located in Kontich, and we specialize in providing innovative marketing solutions for our diverse clients. We strive to stay at the forefront of the digital world and are looking for an administrative assistant with a passion for marketing to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our office. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in various marketing activities and projects, which makes this position extra exciting. You will work closely with our marketing professionals and support them in their daily work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage general administration, including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone traffic and email management.
    • Assist in the organization of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Assist in preparing and updating marketing materials, such as presentations, newsletters and social media content.
    • Manage and maintain customer database and CRM systems.
    • Prepare and follow up on billing and payment processing.
    • Support the marketing team in the execution of campaigns and events.
    • Analyze and report marketing data and results.
    • Handle internal communications and maintain office supplies.

Your profile:

    • You have a degree in a relevant field (administration, marketing, communications, or similar).
    • You preferably have some experience in an administrative position, experience in marketing is a plus.
    • You have a proactive and accurate work attitude with an eye for detail.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
    • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably have experience with CRM systems.
    • Interest and/or experience in online marketing is a strong asset.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willing to learn and grow within the company.
