PHASE 8 : PROMOTE

At the previous stage we talked about “passive” promotion, promoters are simply fans who “actively” promote your business. Promoters are really going to actively recommend your company and are therefore very valuable. Some clients will automatically do this because they really think your business is super. It can also be interesting to give your customers an incentive, for example (win a coupon if you share this post). Addressing potential customers through promoters has a greater chance of success because they get to know your company through a trusted source (friend or family member).

Example

One of your best customers promotes your business on her social media, in return she gets 15% commission when people purchase through her.
