PHASE 1 : AWARENESS

Before you can convince customers, they need to know you exist – right?

This is the first step in the customer value journey. This applies even to big companies like Apple or Amazon, you learned about them through an ad or someone telling you about them. The same goes for your business, before they become customers they must first be aware (aware) of your business. In addition to this, we are looking at ways in which we can accomplish this.

Example

A potential customer searches for your specific products/services via Google and finds your company via this route. Currently, this person is not yet a customer, but is “aware.”

  • Digital advertising campaigns
  • Better findability through google (SEO)
  • Creating content such as blog posts
  • Social media marketing
