Take advantage of the visual nature of Instagram

Instagram is where I’ve seen some of my favorite companies use this tactic the best. They took photos of their customer experience and posted them on their account with a short caption explaining what is happening in the photo. For example, a restaurant might post a picture of someone eating one of their dishes, along with something like “delicious” or “best meal ever.” Or if you have an e-commerce store that sells clothes online, show off how great people look in your clothes (and maybe even add some hashtags).

Make Facebook work for you

If you want to connect with customers, Facebook is a great way to do that. You can post photos and videos of your business, share news about what’s going on in the industry or about events you’re organizing. And you can even ask questions of your followers to get feedback on certain products or services.

Facebook also makes it easy for people who like a page (or follow the company) to see when new content has been posted. That way they don’t have to constantly check to see if something new has been accidentally added!
