PHASE 5 : EXCITE
It is now essential to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. Your products or services play a big role in this. We can use marketing as a tool, but when customers are dissatisfied with the products/services, it often backfires. In this phase, we look at what value we can give the customer beyond the purchase. This is also something you have to keep thinking about as a business leader, in what way can I keep my customers happy.
Example
When purchasing your purchase/service, the customer receives an email with a short guide and some tips & tricks. If they have further questions, they can ask them through a contact form.
